Research status and development trend of fault diagnosis methods for mining machinery

摘要:

为了更好的研究矿用机械设备状态监测与故障诊断的发展, 文章从故障诊断原理角度将煤矿机械故障诊断技术分为基于模型的故障诊断技术和基于数据驱动的故障诊断技术, 并对相关研究现状进行了详细阐述; 从故障诊断所用信号类型角度对煤矿机械故障诊断技术进行分类, 并分析了各种类型的优缺点。在此基础上, 指出了煤矿机械设备故障诊断研究当前存在的难点并提出了相应对策。本研究可为促进煤矿机械故障诊断技术工程化应用提供指导。

Abstract:

Abstract:The fault diagnosis technology of coal mine machinery is the core technology to ensure the safety of coal mine production, and an indispensable part of the intelligent development of coal mines. In this paper, the fault diagnosis technology of coal mine machinery is divided into model-based fault diagnosis technology and data-driven fault diagnosis technology from the perspective of fault diagnosis principle, and the related research status is elaborated. Then,the fault diagnosis technology of coal mine machinery is classified from the perspective of signal types used in fault diagnosis, and the advantages and disadvantages of various types are analyzed.On this basis, the current difficulties in fault diagnosis of coal mine machinery and equipment are pointed out and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The research in this paper can provide guidance for promoting the engineering application of coal mine machinery fault diagnosis technology.
